Christianity Explored in Uganda

CE GroupKiwoko Hospital is a community based hospital in Luwero district, Uganda which aims to glorify Jesus and impart a definite Christian witness to the area.
In January this year, a conference was held in the grounds of Kiwoko Hospital, about 50 miles north of Kampala. More than 800 church leaders gathered, hosted by a 40-strong Hospital Mission Team, to be equipped to use Christianity Explored as a tool for evangelism, discipleship and leadership development. At this conference the first Lugandan translation of Christianity Explored was launched.
BSNI supplied Bibles for this conference (as many Pastors had none) and worked with Christianity Explored in England and BS Uganda to translate and print Christianity Explored Study Guides for distribution in the Luganda language – the first non-English edition of the C.E. material anywhere in Africa.
BSNI continues to support this work through prayer and funding, and the hope is to launch Christianity Explored in Swahili in East Africa next year.
