In
recent months we have launched a number of Appeals for specific
projects around the world. Some of these were included within our Word
at Work magazine that is produced in the Spring, Summer and
Autumn. Others were sent by Direct Mail to our supporters.
We
thank everyone for their prayerful and practical response to each situation.
We are
delighted to report that supporters have provided the following
funds, over and above the gifts received from our Bible a Month Club,
and general gifts from both individuals, groups, and churches. In
many cases, the gifts received have been increased by 28% through the
Government's Gift Aid scheme.
